The short version: photos you upload are used once, to generate your try-on, then deleted automatically. We never sell your data. Your photos are never used to train AI, by us or by anyone we work with. One AI provider (Google) processes your photo to make the result, and that is the only place it goes. You don't need an account, and this site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Who we are
Fasholute ("we") runs this website (fasholute.com) and the virtual try-on service at app.fasholute.com, including the try-on widget that fashion stores embed on their product pages. Questions about anything here: privacy@fasholute.com.
Photos you upload for a try-on
When you use the try-on on a store, we collect the photo you upload, the product you are trying on, and basic technical logs (IP address and browser type) used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
Your photo is used for exactly one thing: generating your try-on image. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models. To generate the result, your photo is sent to Google's Vertex AI service, which acts as our processor and does not use your photo to train its models either. That processing happens on Google Cloud servers in the United States, under Google's data processing terms, which include the standard contractual clauses approved in the UK and EU for international transfers.
Photos and generated results are stored only so you can view and share your result, then deleted automatically. Our deletion sweep runs every hour and removes every photo and result older than our retention window, so nothing is kept longer than 24 hours. After deletion we keep an anonymous record that a try-on happened, for counting usage, with all images and personal data removed.
You don't need an account to use the try-on, and we don't build a profile of you.
Shared results
If you share a try-on result, anyone with the link can see it. Share pages stop working as soon as the underlying images are deleted by the sweep described above.
Age
Fasholute is for shoppers aged 18 and over. Our AI provider refuses to generate try-on results for photos that appear to show minors, and we do not knowingly process children's photos. If you believe a child's photo has been uploaded, contact us and we will delete it.
If you run a store with Fasholute
For merchant accounts we hold your name, email address, store domain, plan, and usage counts. Payments are handled by Stripe; full card details never touch our servers. We use this information to run your account, bill you, and support you, and for nothing else.
Visiting this website
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, briefly for security. If we ever add analytics, this policy changes first.
Who processes data for us
Google Cloud (try-on image generation, United States), Supabase (temporary image storage and our service database), Vercel (hosting), and Stripe (merchant payments). Each acts under a data processing agreement and only on our instructions.
Our legal bases
Under UK and EU data protection law: your consent, when you upload a photo for a try-on (you can withdraw it by asking us to delete your images, though the automatic sweep will get there within hours anyway); our contract with merchants, for account and billing data; and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure, for the technical logs.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it, and you can object to our use of it. Email us and we will respond within a month. If you are in the UK you can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk); in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update this page and the date at the top. We will not weaken the photo promises above without telling shoppers before they upload.
